Enjoying the smoother ride, my bike came with gravel lite tires, I’m riding about 90% paved paths or road so some road tires makes more sense.
It was a great day for a ride a long the lakeshore. I forgot 3 important things, my helmet, sunscreen, and a power bank for my phone.
Tomorrow my ride counter resets and the rides begin. I’ll be doing a small loop since I’m on call but I can do a few laps.
I was itching to get back out. I had a nice ride this afternoon, last week’s ride irritated my lungs.
I enjoyed my Sunday ride 22 km around Ajax. I wasn’t going for speed so I’m starting to go a little further.
I’m feeling better about my ride speed, I corrected my saddle height and I’m adjusting to the clipless pedals. Driving my knees up really helps with the hills. I’m up 22%. My next ride I’ll work on pacing myself for distance.
A beautiful day for a ride. I shaved some time off my ride.
I was feeling stronger on this ride. I’ll be doing the same route again this weekend for comparison. I have some new pedals that I can clip my cycling shoes in to. I’ll see if they help.
I had family members saying that they didn’t see my facebook post. So I just messaged it to everyone to get the message out!
I was able to squeeze in a quick practice ride before the rain comes. About 10 km through a new section of the Seaton community. I didn’t get out much on my bike last year and I could feel it. I look forward to lots of practice rides.
