Just biking around on my cheap ole ccm mountain bike I bought from the flea market put quiet a bit of work in it just to get it functional

Trying to bike everyday like I used to a few years ago nothin too crazy

Last year and so far this year I been biking a few times a week going to push myself a bit more this month
