Well my first time blogging and my first time cycling to challenge myself and to raise money for such a great cause and what is dear to my heart. Kids and their well-being.
My first week cycling has been so enjoyable. I had planned to be cycling in the Cornwall/Ottawa area but due to low iron and needing weekly infusions up in the Guelph area that is where I’ve been cycling.
Anyone who is familiar with Guelph knows what a beautiful city it is with the many miles of trails. What I didn’t realize is that it is such a bike friendly city with bike lanes all around making it a safe and enjoyable ride.
The last two days was not able to cycle due to flat tire issues and actually had to take it into a shop today to get it fixed. YAY!!! I’m back on the road and looking forward to catching up on the kilometres.
