    Well it was 21°c this morning on my way to work. Smokey and warm. After work I did 20 extra kms and climbed a pretty hard hill. I looked like a stud passing 5 girl on their mountain bikes heading up knox mountain. Two of them caught up to me and passed me up at the top. I guess they show this old man who's the boss haha..

    Thos week had been a hard push. I've done 197kms so far and every day it's been very smokey from nearby forest fire.
