201kms completed!! Went out for 2 rides today! The first with Dax, we did 11kms and later on in the day while Dax was happy to sleep at home, I rode another 22kms. It was another perfect day to finish off the challenge . We’re tired but very happy with our efforts!! See you all again next year!!🐕🦺🚴❤️
We beat the rain again!! Yeah!! There was quite a bit a few people out walking this morning enjoying the cool breeze and sunny skies!! We did too! These are perfect running weather for Dax🌞😁🐕🦺
Included pic of a double rainbow 🌈 🌈
Felt like I could do a second bike ride this afternoon 🚴. I got out and back before the next set of rain clouds 🌧️ dumped on us. Stopped for a hotdog 🌭at Covent Market- yum!! Definitely going back for another😁👍
Rainy start to our ride/run this morning. Daxy took it all in stride - I came prepared with my two rain coats.. because cancer doesn’t care if it’s raining🌧️
Daxy and me are riding to raise research and treatment dollars for kids with cancer. We would be greatly appreciative if you would support our ride. Thank you❤️❤️❤️
Weather report said rain, I said, “we’re going anyways!!😜 Daxy dog did really great this morning- he was eager and ready for a short run!!🐕🦺 Did it rain? Nope - sunny blue skies the whole ride🌞 if you’re thinking of supporting our efforts to raise $$ for kids cancer treatment, see the link in the poster. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️
Second ride of the day!! Whew!! Really enjoyed the cooling station near Springbank community centre!! Took a video of Western University’s Banana Kingdom!! Daxy stayed home for this ride. If you would like to donate to support my ride to raise $500 for kids cancer treatments (I only need $127 to meet my goal), link is in the pic poster. Thank you to all who have supported this ride to date!!❤️❤️
A quiet start to the day. Had the path all to ourselves.
Got off to a late start this year. I’m going for double day rides to catch up on my kms.
I’ve gotten many beautiful pics so far I’d love to share, but I think I have to choose one to upload here.
So, here is a pic of the sunrise on my first ride back.
