Finally able to rock the 2026 jersey! Love the full zipper and how it looks. I can’t wait to get the superhero jersey next!

Retro vibes?

Wore my 2021 Great Cycle Challenge Canada jersey today for the first time in public. Back in 2021 I tried it on and looked like a stuffed sausage in it. 😂

Clean eating and lots of movement got me dropping pounds like my metabolism finally remembered it has a job to do!

Waiting on the 2026 jersey to arrive so I can rock it on my August rides.

300 km. One Cause. So Many Reasons to Ride.

This August, I’ll be taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge Canada, riding 300 km to fight kids’ cancer and raise $2,500 for SickKids Foundation.

This challenge is deeply personal to me.

I lost my dad and my grandma to cancer. I know firsthand how devastating this disease is and the impact it leaves on a family long after the fight is over. In fact I don't know a single person who has not been touched in some way by this disease.

As a parent I can’t imagine what it would be like for a child, or a family to go through that same battle.

That’s why I’m riding.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing my training rides, progress, and journey toward the start line in August. Every kilometre will be ridden with purpose.
