I was a bit nervous heading out on my bike this morning as it's the first time I have ridden it in a year or so. I really enjoyed the trails I took from Renfrew to the farm where Sam and Ane wor. The farm is beautiful with flowers and veggies everywhere you look. I was only able to help with picking peppers before I had to stop due to exhaustion. I've no idea how these people can do what they do for 8 hours straight 5 or sometimes 6 days a week. Very impressive.
