One more week, and this journey has already taught me so much. The biggest lesson? The goal matters, but so does the person pursuing it.💙🧡🚴🏾‍♀️

I’m learning to listen to my body, quiet my mind, protect my energy, and let my heart stay connected to the purpose.

Push when you can. Pause when you need to. Keep moving when you’re ready.

Because sometimes, slowing down is how we keep moving forward.

The kilometres are counting, and so are the lessons they teach.

Miles of Meaning - A Journey Worth Riding

Years ago, I chose to ride,

With hope in my heart and purpose inside.

Through hills and wind, through rain and sun,

I kept on riding, one by one.

For every child, for every fight,

I pedal with hope, I pedal with light.

Years later, still moving strong...

Still riding, still fighting, still carrying hope along.

Every mile has meaning when you ride for something bigger than yourself.
