This August I have decided to take part again for the eighth time in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! I am riding in Memory of my late Wife Anya Seerveld who passed last year from a different kind of cancer but she would want me to continue to support this great challenge. Last year in addition to loosing Anya, I fractured my right hip in a slip and fall on the black ice in my driveway back in February and am still working on my recovery. I am hoping to be able to ride 450 km or more this year and raise $4,500.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
