This year I am continuing to ride in honour of Dawn's little neighbour Sam. He was diagnosed in May of 2024 with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. He was just 2. He has endured surgeries, blood transfusion, platelet transfusion, and many rounds of chemo. This year in September we will be able to celebrate the end to all of it! He has also just recently learned to ride his big boy bike and will be riding this year to support his friends still fighting for their lives.

Once again, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

So I will ride 300km in honour and memory of every single child who has bravely fought cancer or is fighting for their lives now. This is my 8th year! Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it
