Cancer has touched the lives of many of my family members and many more friends and their families over the years. I've actually lost count :-( So I am riding for all the survivors, and those who are no longer with us.

My Story

7 Jun 2026

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge Canada to fight kids' cancer! This is my 11th year!!! It's going to be easier this year than last, the new knees are great and the kids are depending on me.

Why? Because right now, over 1700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
