I'm Riding For
My Moms and Dad and my Niece who have all had cancer
Tribute to Dave and Bridget Allen, Dianna Brière my Niece and to any kids and families who have had to suffer and endure the pain of loss and disability due to Cancer.
My Story
This August for my seventh year, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer. I planned on riding 200km of riding on a mountain bike however due to some unforeseen circumstances I will drop the distance to about 50km.
Right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
